  • cycle tube 
  • a lump of soil 

Procedure;- 

  • take a tube and cut the tube from one end.
  • put the soil in the tube.
  • now you can see that the soil des not move.
  • so you have to press the tube with your hand. 
  • after some time you can see that the soil move downward.

Ans- light reaction takes place in the thylakoid membrane of chloroplast of the leaf.

Ans-  it occurs in the stroma of living chloroplast.
