1] What are different types of life processes?
A]
2] Define autotrophic nutrition?
A] In this mode of nutrition, the ogganisms prepare their own food by simple raw materils like water, carbon dioxide. and mineral salts in the presence of sunlight . cholorophylls present in choloroplast are the site of photosynthesis in green plants. Accordingly all green plants are its example. The process by which they synthesize food is known as photosynthesis.
4] What are the functions of Stomata?
A]
- Movement
- Respiration
- Sensitivity
- Growth
- Excretion
- Reproduction
- Nutrition

3] Define Heterotrophic nutrition.
A] The organisms which get their food from other organisms are called Heterotrophic animals . All the animals, Human Beings and non-green plants lies in this category. Therefore the difference between heteretrophs and autotrophs is the way of production of food. Due to lack of cholorophylls heteretrophs cant perform photosynthesis whereas autotrophs can.
4] What are the functions of Stomata?
A]
- It helps in respiration in plants. during the day it opens and it takes carbon dioxide from the environment and gives out oxygen,
- It also helps in the process of transpiration. it opens and through it the excessive water gets out in the environment.
